Media Facade

It is a projection mapping show presented in 2021 to celebrate the 30th anniversary of Lotte World, a major theme park in Korea, in collaboration with d’strict.
Under the concept of a time-travel journey from the past to the future of Lotte World Adventure alongside Loti the Wizard, the show romantically portrays the ever-changing appearances of the Magic Castle across different eras, set against the nightscape of Seokchon Lake.

My Role

Production (under Creative Director) – Concept, Modeling, Visual, Motion, Compositing

For this project, I worked as a team member on the timelapse scene for Scene #03, delivering the visuals, motion, and compositing. I further developed the initial concept by adding more detail and refinement, excluding character motion.

Overview

In the LOTTEWORLD LIGHT UP Media Facad Show,
I created a time-slip scene that flows from the past of Lotte World to the present.

Object

Using elements symbolizing time and th flow of light,

I portrayed the passaage of time in a more intuitive and dazzling manner.
